Service
From simple maintenance to full scale retrofits of your existing RO plant H2O technicians can be dispatched anywhere in the world to solve your water supply problems. Our certified technicians and engineers have years of real world experience in the operation and maintenance of RO systems.
Contract Maintenance (example)
A major oil and gas operator contracted H2O to maintain their H2O watermaker. H2O technicians visit the facility once per month to perform membrane cleaning and preventative maintenance. They also train new crew members as to the proper care and maintenance of their water system.
System Retrofit (example)
A customer that supplies floating accommodation rigs had a major retrofit done at a shipyard in Asia. The retrofit included a RO system. Unfortunatley, the RO system they purchased was unreliable and the manufacturer had no way of providing ongoing service. H2O was contracted to audit the plant and recommend changes that could be made to increase the plants reliability and reduce operating costs. After the initial site visit H2O developed recommendations and shortly thereafter performed a retrofit on site to the existing RO plant. The customer is now able to rely on their watermakers and H2O stands ready to assist in troubleshooting any issues they have. H2O provided a complete documentation package for the plant including a potable water operations and maintenance manual.
